Job Purpose

Lead the Sales team at OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR under the Director of Sales & Marketing, driving room, weddings, MICE, catering and inbound-segment revenue through proactive account management, recent-business development and team leadership.

- Leads the Wedding, Corporate & MICE, Inbound and Catering & Events sales teams to achieve segment revenue targets.n
- Sets performance goals for the Sales team, coaches and conducts performance reviews.n
- Identifies training needs within the sales team and coordinates with L&D.;n
- Recruits and retains top sales talent across segments.n
- Builds a collaborative culture between segment sales teams and Revenue/Marketing.n
- Recognizes and rewards top sales performers to reinforce a high-performance culture.n
- Coaches segment sales managers on pipeline discipline and account-planning rigor.n
- Represents the sales function in EXCOM strategic discussions.n
- Conducts quarterly business reviews with each segment sales manager.n
- Builds a referral and repeat-business incentive programme for the sales team.n

- Develops and executes account-acquisition and key-account growth plans across corporate, MICE, wedding and inbound segments.n
- Builds and maintains relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, DMCs and MICE planners.n
- Represents the Resort at trade shows, sales missions and industry events to build market presence.n
- Conducts periodic account reviews with top-tier clients to strengthen relationships.n
- Ensures proposals and collateral consistently reflect the OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR luxury positioning.n
- Ensures corporate/MICE proposals reflect the OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR brand standard and attention to detail.n
- Ensures site-inspection experiences for prospective clients reflect the Resort's best presentation.n
- Ensures FAM trips and client-hosting experiences showcase the Resort's signature strengths.n

- Reviews and approves proposals, contracts and rate agreements within delegated authority.n
- Reports sales pipeline, conversion and account-performance metrics to the Director of Sales & Marketing.n
- Sets segment-level revenue targets in alignment with the Resort's overall budget.n
- Monitors competitor sales activity and market positioning in the Jaipur luxury segment.n
- Provides market-intelligence input to the Director of Sales & Marketing for strategic planning.n
- Maintains accurate CRM and pipeline documentation across the sales team.n
- Coordinates handover of confirmed corporate/MICE business to Operations with complete briefs.n
- Ensures compliance with credit-approval policy for all corporate accounts.n
- Maintains segment-wise sales reporting cadence for EXCOM visibility.n
- Maintains a structured account-planning template used consistently across the sales team.n

- Owns sales-segment revenue vs. budget (Corporate, MICE, Inbound, Catering).n
- Reviews pipeline conversion rate monthly and drives corrective action where targets are at risk.n
- Negotiates key-account rates and contract terms to protect profitability.n
- Reports segment revenue and forecast performance to the Director of Sales & Marketing.n
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities between segments to maximize account value.n
- Reviews contract terms for margin protection before final client sign-off.n
- Reviews sales-team expense budgets (travel, client entertainment) for cost discipline.n

Required Qualifications & Experience

n

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Hospitality; 8+ years of hospitality sales experience including 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role in a luxury property.n
- Strong network across corporate, MICE and luxury travel-trade segments.n
