Key Roles & Responsibilities

1) Prospecting

- Identify potential customers through personal contacts, references, networking, social media, and existing customers.

2) Customer Need Analysis

- Understand the customer's: Income Family responsibilities Financial goals Protection requirements Savings and investment needs

3) Product Explanation

- Explain suitable life insurance products such as: Term Insurance Savings Plans Child Plans Retirement/Pension Plans ULIPs Participating and Non-Participating plans

4) Financial Planning

- Help customers plan for important goals such as children's education, marriage, retirement, wealth creation, and family protection.

5) Sales & Business Generation

- Generate current business by converting prospects into customers while following the company's sales and compliance guidelines.

6) Customer Relationship Management





- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide regular service.

7) Policy Servicing

- Assist customers with policy-related requirements such as premium payments, nominations, policy changes, and other service needs.

8) Renewal & Persistency

- Follow up with customers for timely premium payments and help maintain policy continuity.

9) Claims Assistance

- Guide nominees/customers through the claim process and coordinate with the insurer when required.

10) Referral Generation

- Develop new prospects through satisfied customers and professional/personal networks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
