Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential driver candidates and source drivers for Everest Fleet.
- Explain job opportunities, earnings, eligibility and joining process.
- Identify interested and eligible drivers and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with interested drivers and convert leads into successful joiners.
- Maintain daily calling, lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for documentation and joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly driver sourcing and onboarding targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales or driver sourcing preferred.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and Hindi; English is an added advantage.
- Solid convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve incentives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹220,001.00 per month
