Biotastic builds and sells premium wellness equipment — ice baths, cold plunges, saunas, red light therapy and HBOT — trusted by JW Marriott, Shangri-La, FC Goa and 200+ HNI homes. As we scale production, every open technician, assembly and backend manufacturing role needs a hiring partner who understands the shop floor, not just a job portal.

We're looking for someone who has actually hired for operations before — technicians, assembly-line staff, QC and production roles — and knows how to source, vet and close this kind of talent fast, while running the broader TA function end to end and handing hiring managers a ranked shortlist they can trust.

What You'll Own

- Own end-to-end hiring for Biotastic's manufacturing, assembly and technical operations roles — technicians, assembly staff, QC, production supervisors — alongside corporate roles across the company
- Build and continuously refill candidate pools for hard-to-fill operations and technical roles, using channels beyond LinkedIn/Naukri — ITIs, polytechnics, industrial job boards, shop-floor referrals and local hiring drives
- Design role scorecards and structured, weighted screening rubrics specific to technical and manufacturing competencies, not just soft-skill interviews
- Own the TA function's full rhythm — job ad drafting and posting, CV screening, ranked shortlist delivery, interview scheduling and pipeline hygiene — and set the SLAs the rest of the team works to




- Publish and own the weekly funnel report across all open roles — pool size, drop-off by stage, time-to-fill — and flag bottlenecks before being asked
- Build and lead a small team — direct, mentor and quality-check TA executives and HR interns, delegating sourcing and screening and ensuring their output meets your bar before it reaches a hiring manager
- Partner directly with plant and operations leadership to translate manufacturing and production needs into hiring plans and forecasts

You're a Fit If You Have

- 5-8 years in Talent Acquisition, with meaningful experience hiring for operations, manufacturing or technical roles — technicians, assembly/production staff, QC or similar backend manufacturing functions
- A track record of building hiring pipelines beyond the obvious channels — ITI/polytechnic tie-ups, industrial recruiters, referrals, local drives — not just LinkedIn and Naukri
- Comfort assessing technical and vocational skill sets, not just resumes — you know what a good technician or assembly hire looks like on paper and in person
- Strong written English and stakeholder communication — you can discuss hiring plans with plant leadership as easily as you can write a candidate message
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team — TA executives, recruiters or interns — and holding their output to a real bar
- High organization — you can run multiple hiring pipelines, corporate and shop-floor, at once without dropping a candidate
- Genuine fluency with AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening and drafting

- Prior experience at an HVAC, cooling or consumer durables/appliance company — think Daikin, Carrier, Voltas, Blue Star, Hitachi, Eureka Forbes, Godrej Appliances, Whirlpool, Havells, Crompton or Bajaj Electricals — or a D2C hardware/industrial products company
- Hands-on with an ATS and structured interview scorecards
- Experience setting up or scaling a TA function from a small base
- LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search experience
- A background that blends HR with operations or manufacturing exposure
