Job Description – Production Machine Operator

Position: Production Machine Operator
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Production Machine Operator with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring the manufacturing process, maintaining product quality, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Handle machine setup, start-up, shutdown, and basic process adjustments.
- Monitor production parameters and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Conduct basic quality inspection of products during production.
- Identify machine/process abnormalities and report issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift-wise reports.




- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily plan.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards around the machine and production area.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth production operations.
- Minimize machine downtime, material wastage, and production rejection.
- Follow company policies related to quality, safety, and discipline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
