Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and presentable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage the school’s communication, public relations, and coordination with parents, visitors, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent the school professionally and maintain a positive public image.
- Handle communication and coordination with parents, visitors, and external organizations.
- Manage parent queries and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with parents and the local community.
- Assist in school marketing and admission-related activities.
- Coordinate with management and different departments for effective communication.
- Prepare notices, announcements, invitations, and other communication material.
- Handle social media and promotional communication when required.
- Welcome and guide visitors, guests, and prospective parents.




- Maintain records of important communication and PR activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Confident, polite, and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in a school, education sector, PR, marketing, or customer relations will be preferred.
- Ability to handle parents and visitors professionally.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
