We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Auditor / Inventory Representative to join our supply chain team. You will track, audit, and reconcile inventory of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment across warehouses and project sites, ensuring accurate stock records and timely material availability for solar installations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts of solar equipment (panels, inverters, batteries, cables, mounting hardware) across warehouses and project/site locations.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records (ERP/inventory management software) and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and flag shortages,



excess stock, or slow-moving items to the Inventory/Warehouse Manager.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery challans, and inspect goods for quantity and condition.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and site/installation teams to ensure timely and accurate material movement.
- Track inventory movement between central warehouse and project sites, ensuring proper documentation for dispatches and returns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
