Talent Acquisition Lead / Human Resources Executive (Recruitment Focus)

Role Overview

This is a recruitment-first Human Resources role. Your core job is simple: find great people and get them into MIYO.

From outlet staff to kitchen teams to key roles, you’ll own the hiring pipeline end-to-end and help us scale fast.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (Core Focus)

- Manage end-to-end hiring across roles (outlet staff, kitchen team, interns, and corporate roles)
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
- Work closely with founders to close candidates quickly

2. Hiring Strategy & Pipeline

- Build a strong and consistent pipeline (especially for high-churn outlet roles)
- Improve hiring speed and candidate quality




- Actively explore new sourcing channels relevant to F&B; hiring

3. Employer Branding (Light but Important)

- Help position MIYO as a place people want to work at
- Support hiring-related content and outreach

4. Basic HR Support (Secondary)

- Assist with onboarding and documentation
- Maintain hiring trackers and candidate databases
- Bring basic structure to early HR processes

Who You Are

- Prior experience in F&B; / restaurant hiring is mandatory
- 1–4 years of experience in HR / recruitment
- Strong understanding of hiring for outlet staff, kitchen roles, and on-ground teams
- Hustler mindset - you can source, screen, and close roles fast
- Good judge of people (attitude matters more than resumes)
- Organized, responsive, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
