Job Summary

Role Summary Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring accuracy, and reporting for DePuy network and operations tools under guidance from the Tools Lead. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor network and observability tools Maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports Perform L2 troubleshooting of tool-related issues Support incident, problem, and change management Escalate complex issues to the L3 Tools Lead Integrate with devices, servers, applications and cloud infra using different methods like SNMP, WMI, SSH, API etc. Should be able to find and identify correct OID/MIB and also able to update MIB database.
