About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage people-related processes and contribute to a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and separation processes.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of positions.
- Work closely with business teams on workforce planning, employee engagement, and people-related matters.
- Track relevant performance indicators and prepare reports to support management decisions.
- Identify workforce and performance gaps and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, attendance, discipline, and day-to-day HR matters.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, reports, documentation, and trackers.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR processes, policies,



and organizational practices.
- Provide regular updates to management on workforce-related matters.

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Experience in a business-facing HR role will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and reporting.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

On-Site Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
