Role Overview

- We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a drive to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard current B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client delivery.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline,



and forecasts.

Requirements

- Graduate (any discipline).
- 2+ years of B2B business development / sales experience.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Background in Advertising, Marketing, or Branding preferred.
