We are looking for a motivated and confident Upwork Bidding Executive to join our team in Patiala. The candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects on Upwork, submitting quality proposals, communicating with potential clients, and helping generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
- Create and submit professional, customized proposals.
- Communicate with clients through Upwork messages.
- Understand client requirements and respond appropriately.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, responses, and leads.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand services and prepare suitable proposals.
- Work toward achieving monthly bidding and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent English Communication Skills – written and verbal.
- Good understanding of professional communication.
- Strong writing and proposal-drafting skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements quickly.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Upwork and freelancing platforms is preferred.
- Positive computer and internet research skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
