We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for people, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
· Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
· Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements:
· Education: Any graduate (Freshers welcome).
· Skills: Good English communication (verbal & written)
and interpersonal skills.
· Attitude: Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
· Experience:Not required (Training will be provided).
