- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Expertise in data integration, transformation, and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and infrastructure management.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to support data engineering tasks.
