Responsibilities

- Oversee daily medical operations and administration.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff and department heads.
- Implement and monitor hospital policies and procedures.
- Manage resource allocation and hospital budgets.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives in medical services.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Handle patient care quality assurance and patient safety measures.

Qualifications

- Medical degree (MBBS and MHA) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or medical management role.
- Proven track record in hospital administration.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative staff.
- Certification in hospital management or healthcare administration is preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.54 - ₹200,000.10 per month
