The Process Trainer will train employees on email marketing processes, tools, and best practices, helping teams stay updated and consistent in their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on email marketing processes and tools
- Prepare and deliver training content, including presentations
- Onboard and train current joiners
- Conduct refresher sessions for existing team members
- Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback Coordinate with Team Leads to identify training needs
Requirements:
- B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (Engineering background)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lecturer/Professor
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong PPT creation skills
- Strong interactive/communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
