About the Role

Bethelon Technologies is looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Content Specialist

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across digital marketing, website creation, SEO, Instagram content and creative design.

This is a practical role for someone who enjoys creating content, managing digital presence and working on real projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update websites using suitable website development tools/platforms.
- Create and manage Instagram content.
- Plan and create engaging social media posts and creatives.
- Design professional and attractive posters/social media graphics.
- Develop content ideas for Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Implement basic SEO strategies for websites.
- Perform keyword research and basic on-page SEO.
- Improve website content and online visibility.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track basic social media and website performance.
- Work on marketing projects and deliver tasks within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Ability to create and manage Instagram content.
- Website creation/editing skills.
- Good creative sense for poster and social media design.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete project-based tasks.




- Willingness to learn and experiment with new digital marketing tools.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:

- WordPress
- HTML/CSS
- Basic web development
- Google Analytics / Search Console
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva
- Social media marketing
- Content writing
- Basic video/reel editing

Compensation

Two engagement options are available:

Option 1 – Monthly Paid Internship
Fixed monthly stipend for the 3-month engagement.

Option 2 – Project-Based Engagement
Payment based on the projects/tasks completed, depending on scope and requirements.

The suitable compensation structure will be discussed during the selection process.
