Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our retail location. The ideal candidate will be a robust leader, passionate about customer service, and dedicated to achieving sales goals. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, complaint resolution, and efficient service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock counts.




- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized store environment.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to drive sales, increase average transaction value, and improve conversion rates.
- Handle cash management, including daily reconciliations, deposits, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new staff members.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimize productivity.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Act as a keyholder, responsible for store security and operational integrity.
- Support loss prevention efforts through diligent observation and adherence to procedures.
