Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Executive to plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Generate quality leads and maximize campaign performance
- Monitor budgets, targeting, and campaign metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis
- Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance
- Prepare campaign reports and insights

Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Solid understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and achieve performance goals

Experience:

- Performance marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
