Job Summary
This role is for a subject matter expert in policy servicing with four to six years of professional experience focusing on accurate policy life cycle management and customer centric outcomes in a hybrid work model. The role requires solid proficiency in MS Office and supports night shift operations to deliver efficient policy servicing for global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage end to end policy servicing activities by capturing requests accurately and updating policy records in a timely manner to ensure operational excellence and policy integrity
Perform detailed review of policy documents endorsements and service requests to identify gaps validate information and prevent downstream processing errors
Coordinate with internal operations teams to clarify policy details and resolve servicing issues ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent customer experience
Utilize MS Office tools to prepare structured reports trackers and dashboards that summarize policy servicing volumes turnaround times and quality indicators for business stakeholders
Create and maintain clear documentation of standard operating procedures for policy servicing tasks to support consistency training and audit readiness
Analyze recurring servicing issues and propose practical process improvements that reduce rework enhance quality and support organizational efficiency goals
Support night shift operations by handling incoming policy servicing queues within defined service levels and escalating complex cases using established channels
Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to ensure all policy servicing activities adhere to company guidelines regulatory expectations and audit standards
Apply analytical skills to interpret data from policy systems and MS Office based reports deriving insights that support decision making and continuous improvement within the servicing team
Guide peers on best practices in policy data entry documentation hygiene and use of MS Office templates to improve accuracy productivity and consistency across the function
Leverage any experience in auto claims domain to understand coverage nuances claim triggers and policy implications thereby enhancing the relevance and accuracy of servicing decisions
Communicate clearly and professionally with cross functional partners across locations during night shift hours to ensure alignment on pending tasks priorities and expectations
Support a hybrid work model by maintaining disciplined self management secure data handling practices and effective virtual collaboration routines that protect customer information and organizational trust
Qualifications
Possess four to six years of hands on experience in policy servicing or related insurance operations with proven exposure to high volume transaction processing environments
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office including strong skills in spreadsheets documents and presentations to manage trackers perform analysis and prepare stakeholder ready outputs
Show ability to understand insurance concepts such as coverage endorsements renewals and cancellations to interpret policy servicing requests accurately and consistently
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for global stakeholders allowing clear documentation email responses and concise status updates during night shift
Display sound analytical and problem solving aptitude with capacity to investigate data inconsistencies trace root causes and recommend realistic corrective actions in policy workflows
Preferably bring domain understanding of auto claims processes such as first notification assessment and settlement enabling better alignment between policy servicing actions and claim outcomes
Adapt comfortably to hybrid work and night shift models by demonstrating time management focus and adherence to organizational security and compliance practices
Certifications Required
Preferred certification in insurance operations such as AINS or equivalent and advanced MS Office or data analysis certification
