Job Description – Site Engineer (PEB)Position: Site Engineer – PEB (Pre-Engineered Building)Experience

2–5 years of experience in PEB and Structural Steel Execution preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) erection and execution works at project sites.
- Ensure proper erection of structural steel, columns, rafters, purlins, bracings, wall sheeting, roofing and other related components as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Structural Consultants, Fabricators, Contractors and Site Teams for smooth and timely execution of the project.
- Review and understand shop drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, material specifications and BOQ before commencement and during execution of work.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of alignment, levels, bolt connections, welding, structural connections and overall structural stability during erection.
- Plan and coordinate the requirement of manpower, machinery, cranes, lifting equipment, tools and materials required for site activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily work progress reports, manpower reports and other relevant site documentation.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely completion of erection and construction activities.




- Ensure that all PEB erection activities are carried out in compliance with approved quality standards, safety requirements and project specifications.
- Identify site-related issues, discrepancies in drawings, material shortages or technical challenges and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of structural and PEB works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and supervisors to ensure proper execution and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
- Assist in quantity verification, material reconciliation and measurement of executed work whenever required.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in PEB erection, structural steel fabrication, structural steel erection and site execution.
- Good understanding of structural and erection drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and BOQ.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and work effectively with contractors and project teams.

Reporting To

Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
