About the Role

Sunshine Education Consultancy is looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Business Executive to expand our network of education and study-abroad sub-agents/channel partners across Western UP and NCR

The role will focus on identifying, approaching, onboarding, and developing new B2B partners who can generate quality student applications for international universities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential study-abroad consultants, education agents, coaching institutes, and other potential B2B partners.
- Generate new sub-agent leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and networking.
- Contact prospective partners and explain Sunshine's university portfolio, services, application process, commission structure, and partner benefits.




- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective sub-agents and convert them into active partners.
- Manage the complete sub-agent acquisition cycle from lead generation to onboarding and activation.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing B2B partners and identify opportunities to increase business from them.
- Coordinate with the admissions, counselling, visa, and management teams to ensure smooth processing of partner applications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new sub-agent acquisition, active partners, applications, and revenue.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
