Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate quality leads through digital advertising campaigns.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Test different ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives and promotional materials.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet campaign targets.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
