Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and online channels.

Manage recent bookings, modifications, cancellations and confirmations.

Follow up on pending inquiries and potential bookings to improve conversion.

Maintain accurate guest, booking and follow-up records in the system.

Coordinate with hotels regarding availability, rates, special requests and booking issues.

Handle OTA and direct booking queries professionally.

Communicate rates, policies, inclusions and payment terms clearly to guests.

Follow up for payments and booking confirmations where required.

Maintain a high standard of guest communication and customer service.

Prepare and update daily reservation/follow-up status reports.

Preferred Skills: Good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, email drafting, attention to detail, and prior hotel/reservations prefered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
