Process coordinator required with 2 years plus experience in any process industry.
Candidate should have superior planning, organization and communication skills with a knack for working under pressure and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- You would be responsible for supporting the MD in carrying out his day-to-day operations. As per Instructions given by MD, Ensure processes are followed at plant level.
- Identify and resolve where projects are stuck. Escalate issues to the management.
- Create Daily reports for management.
- Lead, manage and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing dynamic calendars of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging itineraries and agendas and compiling meeting documentation.
- Schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of MD.
Ensure all projects/assignments are evaluated and presented to him in a summarized manner and aid in making sound business decisions.
- Edit and complete drafts for written communications to stakeholders.
- Prioritize conflicting requests and handle matters within scope proactively. Create, edit, and maintain communications such as reports and presentations. Tech Savvy with Good Computer Skills (VC Tools, MS Office, Etc.)
- Friendly and qualified demeanor . Ability to communicate clearly and focus on results; positive and professional disposition in every situation
- Skills: Good Communication Skills - verbal and written - Gujarati, English, Hindi. Very Strong Follow Up Skills.Organised & Able to Prioritise Work Load. Self – Starter & Good Problem Solving Skills. Good Time Management Skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
