Job Description: Integration Lead
Location : Remote, India
Employment Type : Full time
Role Overview
The Integration Lead owns the technical execution of every ERP integration delivers. When a client runs SAP S/4HANA on-premise in Dubai, Oracle EBS in Riyadh, and Dynamics 365 for a subsidiary in Kuala Lumpur, you are the person who works out how invoice data leaves those systems, gets mapped to PINT AE or ZATCA or MyInvois format, and clears the tax authority - and then makes it happen.
This is a hands-on role, not a supervisory one. You will be in the field mappings, the middleware configuration, the connector deployments and the payload logs. You will also set the standard: the integration playbooks, connector patterns and mapping templates you build become how the rest of the delivery team works. As the team grows, you will guide Integration Consultants and Implementation Analysts on the technical approach for their projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the integration workstream end to end on enterprise implementations - from ERP discovery and field mapping through build, testing, go-live and hypercare
- Design and implement data extraction and transformation from client ERPs into Flick's platform: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware flows, database views, scheduled file transfers and on-premise connectors
- Map client source fields to compliance formats - PINT AE / UBL 2.1 (UAE), ZATCA (KSA), MyInvois (Malaysia), FIRS (Nigeria), Fawtara (Oman) - including tax category, VAT treatment and document-type logic
- Build and maintain Flick's integration playbooks per ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Zoho) so repeat implementations get faster each time
- Deploy and troubleshoot on-premise connectors and AS4 transport in client-controlled environments,
working alongside client IT and infrastructure teams
- Act as the technical escalation point for integration failures - trace payloads, read logs, isolate whether the fault sits with the client ERP, the middleware, Flick's platform or the tax authority
- Drive the integration side of UAT: prepare test data sets, run end-to-end validation cycles with the client, and close out defects before go-live sign-off
- Guide Integration Consultants and Implementation Analysts on technical approach, and review their mapping and configuration work
- Feed recurring integration pain points back to the Product and Engineering teams to shape connector and API roadmap
- Stay current on ERP API changes, Peppol network updates and eInvoicing mandate revisions across Flick's active markets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ERP or enterprise systems integration experience, including at least 2 years leading the integration workstream on client-facing projects
- Minimum 3 ERP integrations delivered end to end, taken from discovery through to production go-live - SAP (S/4HANA, ECC), Oracle (EBS, Fusion Cloud) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of integration patterns and tooling: REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms (SAP CPI / PI-PO, Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services or equivalent), and file-based transports (SFTP,
batch scheduling)
- Practical command of structured data formats - XML, JSON, UBL 2.1, XSD schema validation, XSLT or equivalent transformation tooling
- Solid SQL and data modelling skills; comfortable reading a client's ERP schema and identifying the right source tables and views
- Real debugging ability - able to work from raw payloads, API responses and application logs to a root cause, without waiting on someone else to interpret them
- Experience delivering in both cloud and on-premise client environments, including working within client change-control and security review processes
- Client-facing confidence: able to run a technical working session with a client's ERP team and hold the line on scope and design decisions
- Clear technical documentation habits - mapping specifications, interface designs, runbooks
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with eInvoicing or tax compliance platforms - Peppol Access Point operations, ZATCA, LHDN MyInvois, UAE FTA, or vendors such as Avalara, Sovos, Basware or Pagero
- Working knowledge of Peppol architecture: AS4 transport, SMP/SML, BIS 3.0
- Scripting ability in Node.js or Python for custom transformations and tooling
- Background in AR/AP or finance process, enough to reason about how invoices are actually raised in a client's business
- Vendor certification in SAP integration, Oracle Integration Cloud, Dynamics 365 or Peppol
Work Setup
- Fully remote - work from anywhere in India
- Overlap with UAE business hours (GST, UTC+4) required - typically 4-6 hours daily
- Occasional travel for client workshops, on-premise deployments or team offsites (UAE/India)
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹108,333.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
