Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to handle patient communication, Explain our Ayurvedic treatments, and ensure excellent service experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, guiding patients, and supporting appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding treatments and services
- Explain hospital services, Ayurvedic treatments, and wellness programs
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
- Maintain patient records and call logs accurately
- Provide excellent customer service with polite and professional communication|
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any degree
- Positive communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English
- Experience in telecalling / customer support preferred (freshers can apply)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude
