Job Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Specialist who can independently manage multiple seller accounts, primarily on Amazon and Flipkart, while also handling and guiding a small team of 2–3 members.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on marketplace knowledge and be comfortable taking ownership of account performance, cataloguing, advertising, sales growth, and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Handle complete marketplace account operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management.
- Manage and optimise Amazon & Flipkart Ads/PPC campaigns, including budgets, bids, keywords, performance and ROI.
- Handle cataloguing, listing creation, content optimisation, keywords, titles, descriptions and product attributes.
- Monitor account health, orders, inventory, pricing, returns, cancellations and other marketplace metrics.
- Analyse sales and advertising reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales, visibility, conversions and marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for cataloguing, creative requirements, photoshoots, inventory and order-related activities.




- Track seller performance and prepare regular reports/updates.
- Identify account issues and resolve marketplace-related problems proactively.
- Lead and guide a team of 2–3 members, delegate tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Stay updated with Amazon and Flipkart policies, marketplace changes and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Amazon/Flipkart account management.
- Strong practical knowledge of Marketplace Operations, Ads/PPC and Cataloguing.
- Experience managing multiple seller accounts simultaneously.
- Previous experience in handling or mentoring a small team will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of sales reports, advertising metrics and marketplace performance.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet targets/deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
