- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferably in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field)
- Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in import/export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics operations
- Skills: Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, documentation (BL, Invoice, Packing List), and clear communication skills
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end import and export documentation and customs compliance
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and custom house agents (CHA)
- Track shipments and resolve clearance delays efficiently
