Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Electrician & Plumber to manage day-to-day electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance requirements across our properties. The role requires someone who can independently identify issues, carry out repairs, coordinate with external technicians when required, and ensure that all properties are maintained as per company standards.

The candidate should be comfortable travelling within the assigned region and handling multiple properties.

Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical & Plumbing Maintenance

- Inspect assigned properties regularly to identify electrical, plumbing, and maintenance issues.
- Carry out electrical repairs, including switches, sockets, lights, fans, wiring, MCBs, and other basic electrical work.
- Handle plumbing-related work, including leakages, taps, pipelines, sanitary fittings, drainage issues, and water supply concerns.
- Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with specialised electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, carpenters, or other vendors for major repairs.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed as per required safety and quality standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid recurring issues and operational disruptions.

Property Maintenance & Operations

- Prepare and follow a weekly maintenance schedule for assigned properties.
- Attend and close maintenance complaints and issues raised by the on-ground or central team.
- Conduct regular property inspections and highlight any maintenance requirements proactively.
- Support renovation, refurbishment, and property transformation work whenever required.
- Coordinate with vendors for labour, materials, tools,



and spare parts required for maintenance work.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance and repair tasks.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, materials used, and pending requirements.
- Monitor and maintain basic inventory of tools, electrical items, plumbing materials, and spare parts.

Reporting & Coordination

- Provide timely updates on completed and pending work through the required WhatsApp groups and reporting channels.
- Share photographs and details of completed work wherever required.
- Escalate major issues, additional expenses, or requirements to the concerned manager for approval.
- Coordinate with the property and operations teams to ensure minimal disruption to guests and property operations.
- Ensure all work is completed within approved budgets and necessary approvals are taken before incurring additional expenses.

Prerequisites

- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical, plumbing, or property maintenance work.
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general property maintenance.
- Basic understanding of civil work, furniture repairs, and infrastructure maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues independently.
- Experience working across multiple properties, buildings, hotels, or similar facilities will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and external technicians when required.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and comfortable with on-ground work.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within the assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
