Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive for our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and generating qualified leads and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan leads.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure and documentation requirements.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the loan application process is completed.
- Coordinate with the sales/credit team for document collection and application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, banking, finance, insurance or loan sales will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
