his Job specifically involves the following key roles and responsibilities.

- Preparation of design including Heat Load calculations, flow diagrams, duct design, plans and sections, details, specifications , equipment schedules and calculations
- Size and specifying mechanical equipment, such as air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, compressors etc
- Coordinate with other technical staff including site Architect ,civil, structural, electrical,.
- Excellent HVAC knowledge and with expertise to AutoCad and Revit.
- Should have worked with knowledge of HVAC Design calculations in Trace/HAP
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ensure that the Submittals / Shop Drawings comply with the Plans and Specifications..




- Establish Systems for Bill of Materials / Quantity Take Off for various phases /parts of our projects.
- Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering HVAC discipline lead.
- Uses time and resources efficiently and effectively.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
