Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage online marketplace operations and support the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, product listings, inventory, pricing, sales analysis and team coordination.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing and product information.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the relevant teams to maintain stock availability.
- Track marketplace orders and ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze marketplace data to identify sales and growth opportunities.
- Plan and implement activities to improve online sales performance.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, customer support and logistics teams.
- Monitor marketplace policies and ensure listings follow platform requirements.




- Lead and support the e-commerce team in achieving business objectives.
- Resolve marketplace-related operational issues in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or online marketplace operations.
- Practical experience managing multiple online marketplace accounts.
- Positive understanding of product listing, catalog management, pricing and inventory.
- Comfortable working with sales reports and marketplace data.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in handling or guiding a small team will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or similar platforms will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
