Position: Relationship Manager
Department: Corporate Loan, Business Loan & OD Lines for Corporates
Location: Springhouse co-working , Janakpuri East, new metro
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary:- 35,000-55000 fixed per month+ Performance Bonus

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated candidates for our Corporate Loan Vertical.

The role involves contacting existing & new customers for Corporate Loans, Business Loan products with Good Communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers - Existing & New Customers- regarding Business Loan, Corporate Loan Products.

Following up with them over call, whatsapp.

Setting up meetings of the interested clients with Team Leaders.

Requirements:

Good Communication Skills
Minimum Qualification:



12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Fresher & Experience preferred
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Fluency in [insert preferred languages, e.g., Hindi & English.
Customer-centric attitude with patience and empathy.

Salary : INR 35,000 - 55,000 Fixed + Bonus / Incentives

Salary is not a constraint for candidates with good comm skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
