Sree Sivani Multispeciality Hospital & Research Institute Pvt. Ltd., Visakhapatnam is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

Position: Business Development Executive – Revenue Generation

Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for patient acquisition, referral generation, business development and overall hospital revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Generate new patient leads and increase OPD/IP patient footfall.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Promote hospital specialties, treatments, procedures and services.
- Identify current opportunities for patient acquisition and revenue generation.
- Follow up on enquiries and referrals to improve patient conversion.
- Conduct field visits, health camps and local promotional activities.
- Monitor referral sources, patient conversions and revenue generated.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth patient handling.
- Analyze market opportunities and competitor activities.




- Achieve assigned monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets.
- Submit regular business development and revenue reports to management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 2–8 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare sales or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Good relationship management and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
