- Manage and maintain hospital computers, servers, printers, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the Hospital Information System (HIS/HMS).
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and passwords.
- Support hospital software, applications, and medical-related IT systems.
- Monitor network connectivity and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain data backup and assist with data security.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware/software support.
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
- Ensure system uptime and support hospital operations during emergencies.
- Assist with software installation, updates, and system upgrades.




- Follow hospital policies related to data privacy and information security.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with HIS/HMS will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with different hospital departments.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
