About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead and govern large-scale technology transformation initiatives across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic programs, managing stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence, and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic financial services environment.

What You'll Do:

- Lead large-scale technology transformation programs across multiple business functions.
- Define and implement program governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.




- Coordinate with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive execution of strategic technology initiatives across the organization.
- Monitor program progress and ensure achievement of key milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular governance meetings and status reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Provide program updates, risk assessments, and escalation reports to leadership teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams and projects.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within program teams.
- Support change management activities to ensure successful program adoption.
- Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10 to 15 years of experience managing large-scale technology programs and transformations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in program governance, planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working with external vendors and third-party service providers.
- Understanding of financial services industry processes and technology landscapes.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management, NBFC, Broking,



or Depository operations will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to drive successful business and technology outcomes through strategic program execution.
