- Visit schools, higher secondary schools, colleges, tuition centres, and educational institutions daily.
- Meet principals, teachers, career counselors, and management to introduce Ghaya Institute's design entrance coaching programs.
- Conduct career awareness sessions and seminars for students.
- Generate qualified student leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Promote scholarship exams, workshops, and admission campaigns.
- Distribute brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
- Build long-term relationships with schools and educational partners.
- Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Submit daily visit reports, lead updates, and weekly performance reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Required Skills

- Ability to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).




- Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any discipline.

- Experience in education marketing or field sales is preferred.
