Job Description for Business Development Manager: -

- Campus relations not only limited to medical colleges and universities.
- Shall generate enquiries from all medical colleges in Bangalore, later all Karnataka.
- Schedule and plan for training course for Doctor & Healthcare professionals.
- Follow-ups with candidate with payment for the course.
- Coordinate end to end for training batch & certification.
- Organize webinars and CME’s for doctors.
- Role includes extensive travel to outstation medical colleges for tie ups for the course offered.
- Cold calling to the interested candidates and explain the courses and payment terms.
- Aged below 32 preferably from Pharma background or sales.
- Zeal to learn new things and smart at multi tasking.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English




- should have a two wheeler to travel
- Interact and build rapport to host brand building activities like CME's, workshops for doctors and life science students etc.
- work experience of minimum of 2 year and above

Job demands 50% desk job and 50% field work
