Field Sales & Business Development Executive – Hospital Furniture & Metal Fabrication

About the Role

We are an established hospital furniture company expanding into custom metal fabrication and project-based B2B sales. We are looking for an energetic Field Sales & Business Development Executive to identify opportunities, build client relationships, generate orders, and support projects from enquiry through payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare consultants, builders, architects, interior designers, real-estate developers, industrial units, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and site inspections across Hyderabad.
- Present our hospital furniture range and custom fabrication capabilities, including MS/SS furniture, grills, gates, structural steel works, industrial sheds, laser-cut panels, and bespoke project requirements.
- Understand client needs, take site measurements, collect drawings/BOQs, and coordinate with the internal design, estimation, and fabrication teams.
- Prepare and present product/project presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and payment schedules; convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, quotations, order status, and competitor activity.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and generate repeat/referral business.
- Follow up on advance and milestone payments in coordination with the accounts and project teams.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–4 years of field-sales or business-development experience in relevant B2B sectors.
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is essential; English communication skills are strongly preferred.
- Comfortable meeting clients, visiting project sites, and working toward monthly sales targets.
- Ability to understand basic architectural drawings, BOQs, site measurements, and fabrication requirements.
- Familiarity with materials such as MS, SS, aluminium, and related fabrication processes is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel and Word.
- Must have a 2 wheeler and a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence is required.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, presentable, and confident in negotiation and relationship-building.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience, industry knowledge, and sales capability.
- Travel support: Fuel reimbursement of ₹3–₹4 per km or a fixed monthly travel allowance.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-linked incentives, such as:
- 1%–2% of confirmed project order value; or
- Slab-based incentives linked to monthly order achievement; or
- 5%–10% of net project profit, payable on defined collection/milestone completion.
