Techno Dot Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to support our HR team in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a good opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with candidate selection, offer documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, employee communication, and HR administration.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with the HR team for resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers,



and other required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and HR/recruitment tools.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
