Every order starts with a conversation. You'll be the voice of the brand — WhatsApp, Instagram, calls.
What you'll do:
- Reply to enquiries — quick, warm, human
- Share quotes and follow up till the client decides
- Send order and dispatch updates
- Coordinate with the kitchen so promises are kept
- Respond to reviews and feedback
- Keep every conversation logged
What we look for: Natural, friendly writing in English (Hindi/Gujarati a plus). Rapid without sounding rushed. Calm with an upset customer. Where this role goes depends on you.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
