The Business Development & Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for driving company growth through new client acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role bridges sales strategy with client engagement, positioning the company as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.

o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

o Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

o Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches.

- Customer Relationship Management

o Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and consistent engagement.

o Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

o Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

o Collect feedback and translate insights into service improvements.

- Collaboration & Reporting

o Work closely with marketing, operations,



and product teams to align strategies.

o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

o Provide regular reports on business development progress and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications

- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
