Job Overview

We are hiring a Landing Page Planner & Designer who understands how users think, navigate, and make decisions online. The candidate will be responsible for planning and designing landing pages that provide a smooth user journey and encourage visitors to take meaningful actions such as making an enquiry, calling, connecting on WhatsApp, or submitting a lead form.

The role requires a combination of UI/UX thinking, funnel planning, visual design, and conversion-focused strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan complete landing page funnels based on the target audience and campaign objective.
- Map the section-by-section user journey from the first interaction to the final conversion.
- Design landing pages with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and lead generation.
- Create wireframes and visual layouts before the final design.
- Plan and position important conversion elements such as CTA buttons, enquiry forms, WhatsApp options, phone calls, testimonials, benefits, FAQs, and trust signals.
- Ensure content, visuals, and CTAs work together to guide users toward conversion.
- Create responsive designs suitable for desktop and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with content writers,



marketers, SEO specialists, and developers.
- Review existing landing pages and identify UI/UX issues that may affect conversions.
- Suggest improvements based on user behavior, campaign requirements, and conversion goals.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across different landing pages.

Required Skills

- 6+ months of experience in UI/UX, landing page design, web design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and user journey planning.
- Understanding of conversion-focused landing page design.
- Ability to structure pages logically from a real user's perspective.
- Knowledge of lead-generation and conversion elements.
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, paid campaigns, and Google Ads is preferred.
- Good creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
