Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit professional, customized proposals according to client requirements.
- Communicate with international clients through chat, email, calls, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication until closure.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project requirements with clients.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and lead database.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Track competitors, market trends, and recent business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
