Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- We are looking for a person having Merchant Banking experience/ having worked in a listed company.

- Demonstrate proficiency in SEBI Regulations, ICDR (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements),

- LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Buyback Tregulations, IPO (Initial Public

- Offering) guidelines, etc.

- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to interpret legal documents effectively.

- Manage client relationships and liaise with regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:

- Professional certification such as CS/LLB is a must.





- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Prior experience in merchant banking, or within a listed company is essential.

- Thorough understanding and practical knowledge of SEBI regulations pertaining to capital markets.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven ability to handle client relationships and interact with regulatory authorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing IPOs, Rights Issues, Buybacks, or other capital market transactions.

- Familiarity with auditing standards and practices.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
