- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and review of design methodologies to enhance circuit performance and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align analog circuit designs with overall system requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Circuits Design.
- Robust knowledge of analog circuit simulation and modeling techniques.
- Experience with noise reduction strategies and signal integrity optimization.
- Familiarity with thermal management approaches in circuit design.
- Ability to prototype and validate analog circuits through rigorous testing.
- Competence in integrating analog components within complex electronic systems.
