We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Data Entry Executive / Operator with hands-on experience in TallyPrime, Tally, and ERP systems to manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain accounting data accurately in Tally/Tally Prime and ERP systems
- Record purchase entries, sales entries, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal entries
- Maintain ledgers, invoices, bills, and financial documents
- Verify and reconcile accounting data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory data entry requirements
- Generate basic accounting and MIS reports as required
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with the accounts team for day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure timely updates of financial transactions in the system

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good working knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally




- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting data entry or backend accounting operations
- Freshers with relevant software knowledge may also apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
