Key Responsibilities

- Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive legal, financial, and secretarial due diligence by reviewing material contracts and past litigations.
- Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with regulators like SEBI, stock exchanges (NSE/BSE), merchant bankers, and auditors.
- Advisory: Advise listed companies and financial intermediaries on continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance.
