WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

North Willow Consulting is hiring for an established furniture retail brand.

Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
Position: Accounts Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month (in hand) + incentives

Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: B.Com graduate
Preferred Age: Below 32 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage day-to-day showroom accounts
- Handle billing, cash transactions and documentation
- Maintain accurate records using Tally Prime
- Manage GST, TDS and accounting-related activities
- Prepare MIS and operational reports
- Handle bank, ledger and daily collection reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
- Assist showroom customers when the sales team is occupied

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Tally Prime
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
- Experience in billing, cash handling and reconciliation
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Good numerical and analytical ability




- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English
- Professional, responsible and customer-friendly approach

Work Schedule:

Showroom timing: 10:30 AM–8:30 PM
Weekly off: One weekday between Monday and Friday
Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends and most public holidays, as these are peak business days.

Candidates residing in or around Rajarhat, New Town, Baguiati, Keshtopur, Chinar Park, Kaikhali, Salt Lake, Lake Town or Dum Dum will be preferred.
